We approached this project with a new set of eyes for Latin America bringing together years of elite military and private security in hostile environments experience to the table. This was a large scale project and one we wished to use to demonstrate the benefits of using the correct provider and skill set. We studied our client’s business, location and the areas demographics to create a focused and effective solution - and then watched it take shape and evolve to help the client avoid risk and be ready to mitigate the accepted risk. We loved working with this client, and look forward to collaborating together on many more successful projects in the future.
English Language Training for Somalia
An Innovative Solution
One of the major problems faced by the UN and AMISOM troops in Somalia was the common language framework for military operations in a multi national force, AMISOM required the resources and support to make a strategic jump. We worked on this project for several months and the end result speaks for itself. By ensuring consistent and transparent communication, our client was able to progress to internationally recognized English qualifications for all strategically important officers and personnel. BKSB, an internationally recognized and accredited provider for colleges, universities and schools teamed up with Taurus and allowed us the privilege of delivering their product. Taurus has secured the same license agreement for Latin America.
Military Skills Standardization for AU Armies
An Unequivical Success
We approached this project bringing all our previous experiences to bare. Standardized military programs for a Multi-National Force that spoke several different languages and had several different influences for their doctrine. We studied each individual countries defense forces to create a focused and effective solution under the guidance of the UK MST (UK Mission Support Team). We loved working with this client, and look forward to collaborating together on many more successful projects in the future.

Often times our clients have everything they need to succeed, they just require the resources and support to make a strategic jump. We work on this type of project frequently and all over the world. The end results are truly spectacular. By ensuring we look at the clients needs and assess their learning objectives, we then incorporate accreditation into the end result often using internationally recognized qualifications (QNUK Centre number 15569) alongside bespoke training packages. We design our training to fit the environment be it medical, tactical or academic, allowing our clients to progress by leaps and bounds.
Full Security Design for Mineral and Mining in Brazil
A Unique Approach
Our client was faced with a unique situation in a unique environment. We were requested to respond to a number of needs based around security from the ground up for several gold mines in Brazil. We introduced the concept of security by design into the region and built both plants and mines with security at every level. We not only vetted the security providers, divided the security aspects in order to reduce collaboration, a big problem in the region, but we also formulated the entire security plan and security management.
Phase 1 ISPS Survey and Police Training
A Success Story in Sudan
When requested to assist Khartoum in surveying and advising how to make four ports in the Port Sudan region IMO and ISPS compliant we approached this project carefully, as it was our very first undertaking of this scale. We were also approached to write a course and train maritime police officers in anti-terrorism activities and recognized PFSO training. We used our past experiences and knowledge of maritime law to create a focused and effective solution. Our final survey and training were well received and we also had a golden opportunity to dive in the red sea all be it whilst on task.
